Collaboration with nature parks - Kiosks (Completed)

From 2021 to 2023, Cœur d'épinette presented kiosks in the City of Montreal's nature parks.

The Pine Cone Kiosk

The Pine Cone Kiosk allows everyone to learn about the pine cones (cones) of the conifers in Montreal's urban forest in a fun and creative way. Adults and children alike benefit from a personalized activity that provides both an introduction to the subject through play and a scientific experience, as well as a deepening of knowledge through short presentations on how pine cones function, their arrangement on the tree, their maturation and opening conditions, and their pollination.

Cloud and Watercolor Kiosk

The Cloud Kiosk aims to familiarize visitors with the taxonomy of the main clouds in order to recognize their characteristics, but also to understand how they form and what they herald. The kiosk also includes a watercolor workshop that allows participants to learn a water-based painting technique to create clouds. The choice of this technique and medium is not insignificant: clouds, like watercolors, are composed essentially of water and, like the work we create with watercolors, they are fragile, ephemeral, and changeable (at least, until the paint dries!).

Cœur d'épinette uses only the decentralized, non-fascist social network bluesky:
