Nature writing workshops
The nature writing workshop is a space for experimentation, sharing, and creativity without judgment that takes place outdoors, in a natural urban setting, or indoors. The approaches to unlocking creativity are numerous: images, sounds, excerpts, textures, and themes are numerous, but all aim to open up your possibilities. The workshop can be offered as a series (recommended for building a strong community!), or as a one-off.
What you might experience during a nature writing workshop with Cœur d'épinette:
A deep connection with yourself, others, and nature;
A redefinition or enrichment of your own relationship with nature;
A place of extremely caring sharing and authentic listening;
A wonder for nature that can no longer exist without critical thinking;
A desire to read nature writers;
Techniques to improve your writing, find your voice, and refine your style.
